On November 19th myself, Julie and Maggie threw a fabulous "Mad Men" themed couples shower for Laura and Wes. Matt and Wes used to work together and were roommates the year before we got married. After watching Tracey host the most amazing couples shower for Becky and Lucas we told Laura and Wes we would be happy to host one at our house. So before I get to the good stuff - i.e. pictures - a huge thank you to Tracey for sharing some of her creative genius!
I have never thrown a couples shower - and definitely never hosted a major party with other people. At first I wasn't sure how my type-A personality would do - but I have to say...LOVED IT...and I'm pretty sure I have two new great friends. Maggie and Julie were so fun to get to know - and our party went off without a hitch!
