Brewmasters!
Last year Matt and Brian "upped" the crawfish boil by making their very own crawfish boil table. This year they toyed with the idea of making koozies - but after a day alone together they came back with a "make your own beer" kit. So they started the fermenting process and for 8 weeks we let the beer sit in a quiet, dark closet. Two weeks ago poured the beer into bottles and capped them! Last week we made our own labels and today we got to taste test the first few! SUCCESS!
