Our friends Becky and Lucas came back into town for the holidays and threw a little holiday soiree just before everyone headed home for the holidays. Along with tons of food, some cookie decorating and video of pics from the photo booth at their wedding...we did a yankee swap/white elephant exchange. Matt and I were PRETTY pumped about both what we gave and what we came home with! Each couple was asked to bring a prank gift and a nice gift. Our prank gift was a potty putter. I wish I could take credit for this, but the idea actually came from Nathan's girlfriend Amy who got it for him as a gift (and for those of you who know Nathan, it was quite fitting). The potty putter is a green that sits around your toilet and come with a hold, putter and golf ball. Hi-larious! In fact, it was exchanged 3 times before ending back in the hands of Drew! Our nice gift was a flower-like vase from my aunts gallery in Crested Butte. I selected some coffee from London that Lucas brought back with him from his most recent trip and Matt came home with a spy set! He was very pleased with his "win"!

There were a few other great gifts that are probably best not being posted! I have some creative friends!
I feel like the holidays just flew by this year, so it was nice to stop and enjoy some company with good friends as we celebrated the holidays! That, and I think Yankee Swaps are so much fun!
